The App is completely free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or fees of any kind. The App is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob, which allows us to keep it free. The data used for advertising is described in our Privacy Policy.

Prayers and verse explanations in the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for devotional inspiration and personal reflection only. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and it does not represent the views of any church, denomination, or religious authority. It is not a substitute for pastoral counsel or for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Please exercise your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals or spiritual advisors where needed.

6. Your Content

Your prayers, journal entries, bookmarks, and preferences belong to you. This content is stored locally on your device and, if you enable sync, in your personal Google Drive App Data folder. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not store it on our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, logos, and original content, is owned by Digital Dollar Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the PrayerPath name or branding.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Google Drive, Google AdMob, and AI content providers. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Dollar Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
